Return instructions.
Follow the procedure to make your return in a few simple steps. Create your request yourself and send us the package. If you purchased before 18 August 2025, send your return request to our customer service department at customercare@bomboogie.com.

After completing the procedure, print out the e-mail you received and place it inside the parcel.
3. Send.
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Choose the courier you want and apply the label provided above to the parcel. Keep the tracking code to facilitate location and manage your return more quickly. Send your parcel to our warehouse:
